Well it needs extra work alright. The wierd thing is that isle of Balfira has a city Upvale with Temple of Dibella and Order of the Hour (Akatosh) in the same city. Dibella is not supposed to be in that region. Also, I cannot find a normal Akatosh temple anywhere - can anyone help with this? Or find...

Press shift+tab to pop up the quest debugger and you will see markers for quest buildings... while the game is still in development this is only way.

Temples and military arms

The UESP says all temples have military arms e.g Kynaran Order. Do these actually appear in game anywhere? I can only find temples, and no separate buildings for the orders.

The code already resets the scene cache on starting a new game, and I cannot reproduce this bug. Please let me know if you still have this issue.
