Just few more things rambling through my head. Would love to see smoke from chimneys. then again, houses don't seem to have them so i'm not sure how easy that would be to implement. maybe the same smoke could be scaled down and used for candles, lamps, and torches.

Later versions of Morrowind comes alive really stood out for me. The enhanced undead escpecially were nice. It did not work well though unless you had other mods meant to compiment it as the balance was way off. I never got around to installing giants. Not sure why, i probably should have tried it.

I'm curious to see what others think of this. Custom monster mods for Morrowind could be down right silly at times. Some of them were fairly lore friendly though and in my opinion worked well. I could see that being a good thing with Daggerfall as an option. Maybe even giving high end characters new...

Now you're talking. A successful block or parry reduces damage and can even increase damage on your next swing based on the success of the block.

I don't mind the mouse swipe as much as you might think, but always considered it more of a novelty even way back when. By today's standards monsters in daggerfall were very static with basic AI. I always saw the mouse swiping as an attempt to make the combat more dynamic against such static monster...
