Multiple Dungeon Quests
Would it be possible at all to add a feature allowing more than one dungeon to be involved in one quest?

Re: Multiple Dungeon Quests
That can be done now. You can define various dungeons in the Place section of QBN. Take for example classic quest B0B81Y02:
Code: Select all
Place _dungeon_ remote dungeon
Place _dungeon2_ remote dungeon
Place _mageguild_ remote magery
Place _dungeon3_ remote dungeon0

Remote dungeon 1+2 will always be the same dungeon however.Jay_H wrote: ↑Sat May 26, 2018 3:14 pm That can be done now. You can define various dungeons in the Place section of QBN. Take for example classic quest B0B81Y02:

Re: Multiple Dungeon Quests
That isn't happening for me. I tested it now:
This provides two different dungeons for the quest.
Code: Select all
Message: 1011
<ce> ___dung1_
<ce> ___dung2_
QBN:
Place _dung1_ remote dungeon
Place _dung2_ remote dungeon
-- Quest start-up:
say 1011
end quest
This provides two different dungeons for the quest.

Incredible. I tested my code again with no modifications. Turns out it had chosen the same dungeon twice a number of times even though I was in a region with a good number of ruins. Thanks for the catch.

No problem at all, that's what we're here for.
