it might be that it is not enough to run the distant terrain correctly with this gpu.
could you post the content of the output_log.txt file that is automatically created in the DaggerfallUnity_Data folder - it might shed some light on the problem

just to make sure, farterrain is working for most people, only some have reported problems and it seems to be related to graphics card
