Route change !
I believe that manually redesigning all the plots even if possible can take away even several years, so I decided to give it a chance to Waifu .
And I must say that the results are quite good, of course, still not perfect but an excellent basis for work on.
First of all, I removed all the color and Pixel imperfections, i have worked with sharpness and after i have passed under Waifu.
This allows me to release one version of plots very faithful to the original, revised and correct,
and one set Waifu-Upscaled, in futue maybe i can work on a set remastered after Waifu passage, like in screenshot.

It seems that the face has normal proportions while the torso is not corrected for the 4:3 aspect ratio (a problem I discussed here), resulting in a very bulky body. Conversely, if/when the engine at some point switches to correcting the aspect ratio while rendering the game world, the body will probably look correct while the face will be excessively elongated.

This does not apply to the image in the first post though, as the face also comes from the original NPC portraits not corrected for 4:3.

Otherwise you did a nice job upscaling the original sprite in your first post (even though it's somewhat blurry), what tools did you use?

thanks for the suggestions I was just trying to understand this , i must do some test now :)
for upscaling i use only photoshop scale option with keep details 2.0 with a reduce noise 30% and relationship of 1:10
this as you rightly noticed blurs the image but they were just early test after doing the upscalig usually i work manually on the details , alternately you can remove blur if you are able with filter and adjustment levels but
the result will be close to that of waifu that I personally find too "messed up"
Fortunately, as many people say computers have not yet learned to make art

Did you mean something like that?
resized to 5x6 instead of 1:10

change of the project:
given a chance to Waifu and obtained good results allowing me to redo all the npc in a short time , in part I made this decision for all the flaws in the plots that annoy me and not a little.
I want to eradicate this  , btw i have added screenshot and download in first post.
I have indeed worked pixel by pixel ,sprite by sprite for remove all awful violet color , pixel error and I turned that yellow pee of the apron in a beautiful white pearl :)
For Waifu users:
So I read in the various post in the forum that there are problems with the square edges wen you use waifu, and maybe you want to know how I got this result,
you need to know that like most of the subroutine work that they do rescaling programs, they do it on the levels of contrast, sharpness and other bound values, always relative from one pixel to another.
Now if our image has a level of transparency like our loved ones billboards, Waifu does not find anything to work on because the image and worksheet for him end up there.
The solution: save / export the image without transparency level, or manually add a white background or the most suitable color to the image itself .
After it will have to do a job of cleaning the background but the result will be much better.

bye , sorry for the poem :P :P
