Are you working on an upscale of Duke3D?

I'd love play through it again with good faithful HD textures and sprites.

I recently released a new upscale pack, it has most of the sprites used in the game but not the level textures (which I am working on now)

Do you guys have a tentative release date for the textures pack? I'd like to give it a try when you get it released.

Do you guys need any help with the textures?

Any plans to do PBR maps to go with it? I know that's a contentious topic, but personally, I think upscaled textures look great with PBR maps, as long as you keep the effects subtle - a lot of people seem to go overboard with them.

To explain it, the left column has the original tile and the old upscale candidate. The middle and right columns have two new upscale candidates, with the rightmost one being adjusted with the hope to improve the compatibility with palette swaps. The bottom set of images are the same as the top except they have the game's palette 2 applied (one of the most frequently used in the game)

Need someone willing to go through them saying "this is the best upscale for this texture" or "use this one, but edit this part of it"

Those faces look great! You may want to send those to King of Worms in the DREAM Mod thread in case he can use them in his graphics overhaul project.

I've abandoned fixing all the faces and portraits a long time ago...
