REMOVE SPIDERS

Description
Replaces spiders and, optionally, scorpions with others enemies.

Download Changelog
  • 2.0.1 Compatibility upgrade.
  • 2.0 Added mod version.
  • 1.2 Added scorpion to bear replacement.
  • 1.1 Added bear sounds.

I've merged PR and kicked off new builds. Heading to bed now, will test and update links on live builds page in my AM.

Spider sounds are now replaced with bear sounds. They may not be of the highest quality since the tool supposed to extract Daggerfall sounds is from 2012 and does only half of its job, so i had to use Audacity to make them usable. Might be useful to start from the code in DU to make a new extractor utility.

Current priority list: 1. Writing Archaeologist content; 2. Revamping classic DF quests; 3. Writing new DFU quests. Only in free time, no guarantees made.

I wrote a mod version that replaces the actual enemy entity. This sould give the most compatibility with mods that replace textures or sounds, and allow to choose which animal you want to use instead of spiders. Download is in first post.

...I just thought of a mod to replace every enemy with spiders and scorpions. It's good that I don't know how to mod that kind of thing :D
