Is it possible to add new conversations to NPCs in Unity?

So there are factions for both Bards and Prostitutes in vanilla Daggerfall.
And conversation lines in vanilla text.rsc that were never implemented for those NPC factions.
Is it even possible to mod those in to the game using DFUnity?

Like for example using the Talk option, so a bard will sing a song or a Prostitute proposition you using the entries already in text.rsc?
I was thinking a repeatable "quest" that never goes beyond the Talk stage maybe, but if there is another way...

So I guess the answer is no. I thought I saw an answering post that said yes, and do this.
But when I checked back later it was gone....

Naww, I am quite sure, that this will be possible in a way sooner or later. :) It seems technical possible (as you should "only" have to link these texts accordingly), but I am no developer and can't estimate the amount of work needed to accomplish this.

I think its possible, because we already have new guilds? So if you treat those npcs groups like a quild, itshould be doable even now. And the modding possibilities will be a focus after beta as well
