For myself, I'd prefer not to see the launcher try to mimic classic's interface. For example, the Skyrim launcher is just a basic Windows app with standard Windows buttons, lists, and drop-downs. It's a boring functional thing used to configure settings and mods, and then it gets out of the way. That's all the launcher in DFU is really for. If anything, I'd prefer it to be more minimalistic.

But if a sexy new launcher is something people really want, then I'll be happy to look into a total launcher overhaul sometime next year. Right now I'm just trying to get to Beta before end of this year and struggling with some things that are eroding my well being. I can't say when I'll be able to make time for it, but I'm hoping to be doing better next year.

Second lockdown since last week here, for better or worse. Not ideal for light mood activities either.
