Did you get a chance to test build I linked a few posts back? And did this solve the problem you were having with textures in #111?

All my games have been X64..
So it wasn't 111 X64 it was 111 X86, and all the current code works fine..

Quite possibly yeah! The 32-bit version can't allocate as much RAM as 64-bit. That might explain why you were having out of memory issues on that build. 32-bit is fine for base game, the 64-bit version is recommended for using mods.
