Random enemies respawn on load

Just built and ran the latest version of DFTFU, and I noticed something that I think might be a bug, but I'm not sure. I made a quicksave and loaded it, but every time I reload it randomizes the enemy types. What was a ghost the first time is a bat the second load and a spider the third. Tried loading the save in Windows #49 and the same thing happened. So, has persistence not been implemented for enemies in a dungeon yet, or is this a bug?

This one is definitely a bug. I had this fixed a while back, but the new save/load setup appears to have caused a regression. I have this in my bug-list to correct by 0.4 stable.

Edit: I updated title and moved to bug reports, so we can all refer back to later. :)
