Windows #53: Snow particles always face sun [CLOSED]

Okay, so I've noticed that when it snows, the particles face the sun. As in, if it's noon, the particles are horizontal, dawn or dusk they're vertical, and they rotate as time passes. Is the particle system attached to the sky? All of my settings are the defaults, so I am using enhanced sky, if that matters.
Edit: I've rebooted the game and started up with a different save, and the problem doesn't seem to be there anymore. Maybe the problem was because I started that last session by importing a classic save? I've included the classic save in case that would help with testing.
