Vengeance update #77 doesn't spawn clothes. [resolved]

Ok, vampires are spawning clothes in #77, and I found a shirt off a skeleton in privateers hold too (only time).
But the vamps seem to be pretty consistent.
I found different shirts on 4 of the 8 I killed in Necromoghan (1 shirt different kinds).
People never spawn them tho.
Just a heads up if you want a cloak or whatever.
Just throwing that out there, you're still gonna need to kill them though

I'm not sure... I can't say I've seen clothes loot for a while, but I've had my head mostly in the quest system. Can anybody else comment on this one?

I'm happy to help if it still seems clothes aren't spawning properly.

Yes, they spawn in loot piles, and the undead, vamps mostly.
Still havent found them on human NPC's though.
Got my Khajitti suit, and a robe within 1 min of starting a new guy in PH off a loot pile.
From what I remember your main source of clothing was shops in classic.
Still dont know whats up with human NPC's.

I might be wrong, but I don't remember finding clothes on human NPCs ever in classic Daggerfall. It's weird when I think about it, but they never seemed to drop any if I remember correctly. Mostly found clothes in loot piles and stores.

...That actually sounds right. Humans are gold mines for armor and weaponry, but clothes don't come to mind.

Agreed.
So after all is said and done, it's just more like Classic, which is a good thing.
Just camp graveyards for loot piles, I'm getting shirts, and pants almost everytime.
Still looking for my red cloak, but it will happen.
