Talking to the guard in the green checkered uniform in the Daggerfall Castle throne room gives this bug. The other NPC portraits work fine
Also, all of the animated light sprites have this weird flickering issue.

About the portrait: this is known (and intended) as it is work in progress.

Hi AlexanderSig, thanks for posting these. Please quickly review the bug reporting guidelines though, preference is for one bug per post.
Nystul has covered the portrait issue, this is still a work in progress.
For the torch, I can see the emission map doesn't match the billboard. Something went wrong either with the sprite atlas packing or with how individual UV offsets are stored in scene.
Definitely a bug, but I'm unable to reproduce at this time. Is this resolved if you exit and restart game?

Just checked and this does appear to resolve by simply restartingInterkarma wrote:For the torch, I can see the emission map doesn't match the billboard. Something went wrong either with the sprite atlas packing or with how individual UV offsets are stored in scene.
