Linux 85: Resting during tutorial can break it [resolved]

I started a new character, accepted the tutorial, and began moving into Privateer's Hold without waiting for it to prompt me. I fought the rat, and then rested until healed. That lasted 4 hours, at which time a tutorial prompt showed up on my screen. When I clicked away the "You are healed" text, the entire tutorial message also disappeared, so it never fired the next event.

Have fixed this now.

Rest will now pause when another popup/prompt has taken over UI and will not resume until player dismisses new top window. This most closely matches classic behaviour when resting during tutorial prompts.
