Installing it mid-playthrough should work fine. Only problem you'll run into is if you activate it if you're somewhere really hot or cold with no items to fix it. But that's on the player.

Uninstalling it also doesn't do much except makes the C&C items useless.

Oh, cool. That's at least something! Didn't know frost resistance would counteract this mod's "cold". Should have thought of trying it!

Was about to try swimming in a Khajiit suit since they kinda look wetsuity but wasn't really expecting it to help. :lol:

It seems to me that version 1.4.9 needs further corrections. In this place, one tavern costs 3 coins, the second 17 coins. And expensive dishes disappeared.
The direction of mod development is correct. Room prices in taverns should be higher than the current 3-5 coins (I guess they should be 30-50 coins).

The prices seem right. The cheap places have few food options and rent out rooms cheap.
The expensive places have many dishes and rent out rooms for much more.

Ah, that's what you intended. OK. But, nevertheless, in some localities the range of prices for rooms is very large, from 3 to 57 coins. Well, though, who knows what the balance of supply and demand in High Rock is :)
In the description of the mod, it is probably worth adding a mention of the significant fluctuations in prices for rooms in taverns.

Hopefully, the Taverns Redone mod will make that more obvious you in time, as low quality buildings will look bad and high quality look good :D

Thanks, I looked at this mod, but, for my taste, it does not fit well with the 320x200 retro-rendering, in which I constantly play. I only use mods that complicate or extend the vanilla gameplay (no audiovisual).
There are twelve mods on my list, five of which are yours.

While I also prefer a more retro pixel-style, Taverns Redone is just moving around furniture in the taverns. As long as you don't combine it with any graphics mods it just looks like the original developers made a bit more effort when creating the taverns :D
