So is it normal to find a mithril short bow in a high end shop? It totally disproves my issue with being screwed over if I run across mobs that require a certain tier of weapon, but having access to something like that around level 2/3 is a bit much lol.

I dunno, I don't mind this, especially if the prices are high enough. Otherwise there is a different issue - nothing good enough to want to save money and buy in stores. I wouldn't mind being able to buy even Ebony tier items, if they are priced high enough to be not accessible on lower levels.

Exactly. Since the whole concept of the mod is for it to be unleveled, what material level should be the highest you see in a store?
I went for most of them, except Orcish and Daedric, but you’d need a bit of luck.

And if you use a full mod list like I do, there is a lot less gold coming into your account while items need pretty constant repair. Which is super expensive for the high-material items.
