Terrain flats by Jman0war are included in DREAM after a mutual agreement and Im happy about it. Rest of the mods you named are not.

I'm not sure I've seen any artist capture the style of Daggerfall nearly as well as jman0war does. Absolutely astounding work!

I have to agree on that! Really really great job on these flats!
I have one note, I think some sprites are a bit brighter than originals, Ive wrote a PM to Jman0war about it. It might be the artistic decision tho.
I experiment with the brightness of these images atm, to make them more similar to vanilla. But as I consider this a property of Jman0war, its not ment for any release ofc.
If I remember right, in the past Jman0war spoke about the need of mastering the images this way. It was back when we were not able to properly implement the sprites in the game to see how they actually look like there

I have one suggestion I was thinking about for a while:
These plants: They appear in EVERY climate set, just copy/paste by Bethesda.
What I was thinking about is, to keep this variant only for one climate, and create some new plants for other regions? Specific to that climate. That would indeed require creating the winter variants as well.
I think it would make each region one bit more special.
Than there are many other sprites, which repeat as well, just not so much.
Usually those are the small plants etc

Yes those ones appear in many sets.
But at this point i just want to repaint the original sprites so i'm not making totally new ones.
But maybe making some of them unique is not out of the question.
As far as Leveling, yes the early sets i have done need to be Leveled.
I've been more consistent about that of late, since my return.
I intend on going over the early sets to level them then pack into a single ZIP.
