I can get thru above location since Interkarma implemented the "unstick" workaround a while back now.
But here's another location that it doesn't handle perfectly. The whole stairway seems badly adjusted, there's some hole below the bottom step, and the top step raises above the upper floor; When you climb the stairs up, you usually can't get thru the upper step, but if you arrive at the exact wrong spot, you can even stay stuck in place.

Thanks Pango. The unstick handler won't be able to manage that case. I'll split this into bug reports so I can work on this a little more when I can.

This will also be resolved in 0.10.25 (by upgrading to Unity 2019).
