The file R0C10Y17.tx It seems to be duplicated with the file R0C11Y27.txt. Both are exact. In theory, the file R0C11Y27.txt with id R0C11Y27 should contain something similar to https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:The_Mad_Butcher

Quest referenceThis quest is only found on the original CD or free distribution of Daggerfall. For unknown reasons, the final official patch (v. 1.07.213) replaces this quest with one that is identical to A Special Substance.
If you want to play this quest, copy files R0C11Y27.QBN and R0C11Y27.QRC from the ARENA2 directory of the original medium into the ARENA2 directory of your local Daggerfall installation (naturally, after you have patched the game).

Thanks for responding, what do I have to do to get the correct R0C11Y27.txt file extracted?
I have tried copying the R0C11Y27.QBN and R0C11Y27.QRC files of the different versions (the Bethesda web version seems correct) and I have used the option to restart in the daggerfallUnity menu but the R0C11Y27.txt file is always the same it does not change.

DFU doesn't use the QBN/QRC files at all. These have all been decompiled to TEMPLATE format in StreamingAssets/Quests.
The version of DF used to do the original decompile was .213 with all fan patches installed. Unfortunately .213 is what has replaced this quest data prior to decompilation.
What will be necessary to do is use TEMPLATE v1.11 to decompile a pre-patched version of that quest and merge it to git. If someone has the time to do this, please send me a PR. Otherwise, I'll do this when I have time.
I'll move this to bug reports so it won't be lost in the shuffle.

Uff, I thought that the txt files are automatically extracted from the QBN / QRC files, from my ignorance, I suppose that now it has a lot of work, it is necessary to check the QBN / QRC files when starting daggerfall Unity, to know what version of the txt to use .

I tried to test the quest in classic, it seems to never load, though I didn't start DOSBox debugger to understand what's happening.
In DFU, using the source decompiled with Tipton's Template, it starts, but it has many issues and is not very playable. It seems to have several quest paths, but as I'm not familiar enough with Template scripting, I wasn't able to understand everything. Someone more skilled with Template language might be able to fix it.
