I got a quest to deliver an item.

While traveling I stop at a random town, enter the tavern and there is the quest NPC standing. I click him and the quest gets completed.

I load back and check: nope, that is not the town where he was supposed to be at all.

I've also had this problem of quest NPCs getting moved to a different tavern after a reload. Very odd.
