Yes, as Hazelnut said, almost all building types and factions are overridden once MAPS.BSA is loaded. And as location buildings data was generated based on RMB blocks content, we can be sure that all locations using this particular faulty block (WALLAA08.RMB) have the same issue.

That's as I thought. And I imagine there are probably lots of locations using that block.

A similar issue I guess, I can't ask about Pawnshops in Linisa, Sentinel
I'm starting to wonder how many similar issues are lurking in town blocks...
