[0.10.28] (MOD) Some models do not use modded textures (small cave-temples, dung entrance, city square blobs)

Hi. This is maybe a regression, which happened long ago... I have a feeling it worked properly in the past.

Anyway, the issue is happening at:
top parts of the small cave-like temples
top parts of the blobs in the city squares
top parts of the dungeon entrances

These parts of the models use the terrain texture. But it does not use the modded high-res one, but the old vanilla..
I THINK this was not always a case. But either way, if these parts of the models could use the modded textures when provided - it would be great :)
