[0.11.0, Win] (BUG) Oghma Infinium does not disappear if used from wagon [RESOLVED 0.11.2]

As said in the subject, Oghma Infinium does not disappear upon "USE"ing it from the wagon, allowing to repeatedly increase your attributes several times.
Steps to reproduce:
0. Have Oghma Infinium in the inventory.
1. Move Oghma Infinium to wagon.
2. "USE" it.
3. Distribute attribute points.
4. The artifact will still be in the wagon, allowing it to be used again.
If used from inventory, the artifact is destroyed as expected.
I have attached a save where it is located in the wagon in the last position.
Does not seem to be affected by mods, I tried disabling all of them, and still it isn't destroyed upon use in the wagon.
