Er...Maybe re-read when awake? It's a joke about Elder Scrolls glitches.
Still don't get it...
Is it Toddy?
Elder Scrolls games have a long history of visual (and other) glitches, including underwater bears, land slaughterfish, and floating trees.
For games from Morrowind on, there's unofficial patches which fix most of these.
But anyway, the joke was that mis-placed trees are the sort of things you can see in Elder Scrolls games (albeit fewer of them with each edition), so a tree glitched into the ground "looks like a perfectly ordinary (randomly glitched) Elder Scrolls tree".
A certain amount of gentle humour is common when referring to Bethesda/Elder Scrolls glitches.
Partly because the glitches are common in part because Bethesda aims higher than almost any other company in the same general genre.
Previous experience tells me it's very easy to misunderstand the tone, intent, or meaning of what I've posted. If you have questions, ask.
