Transferring Saves to Another Computer

Hi there,
I've been enjoying Daggerfall Unity and have it installed on two machines (Windows 10 PC and WIndows 10 Laptop). I generally use OneDrive to transfer files between these.

Which folders must be transferred between one machine and the other to ensure I have all data/saves/progress on both?

Game saves are stored under the "Saves" subdirectory below the Persistent Data Path, should be C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\LocalLow\Daggerfall Workshop\Daggerfall Unity\Saves on your platform.
