Houses for Sale in Temples

I noticed that some temple villages do have houses for sale (one can see this in "info" mode when looking at the building).

When such locations are dumped, in the json file these buildings have the BuildingType "HouseForSale" and the FactionID 510 (merchants).

My question is: Where can one buy these houses? Is it listed in one of the house offerings in the capital's banks? (And if so... how can we identify which house is which in the bank's list?)

Are there other possibilities to purchase a house?

Houses for sale in villages and hamlets are not buyable because such locations don't have a bank. One way to buy these houses would be to make a mod which would allow you to buy buildings outside the city you're in.

As Ferital said, you can only buy a house if the settlement has a bank. Can you give the name of one of these villages that has one of these houses?
