Gortwog letter and dust in one

Gortwog letter and dust in one

Watching a stream. He did the unicorn horn. Then went back to Daggerfall and takked to Mynisera, which sent him to Gortwog for the letter.

When talking to Gortwog, he got the popup for the Dust, despite Medora not having contacted him yet.
