Trapdoor doesn't work

Trapdoor doesn't work

I'm playing the Lord K'avar Quest Part III. I found the trapdoor that leads to his hiding in Castle Wayrest dungeons, but I can't interact in any way with the trapdoor, so I can not go through and proceed with the quest.

Trapdoors are usually opened by triggers. For example in Castle Necromoghan there is a quest marker under a trapdoor. The trigger for the trapdoor is literally in the other end of the dungeon.
