Unity Starting Dungeon vs Classic Starting Dungeon

Unity Starting Dungeon vs Classic Starting Dungeon

Ive noticed a change with unity's version of the starting dungeon. In classic, you could stay in the starting room indefinitely, practicing spells and resting for an endless amount of time and the main quest timer for briannas courier didnt begin until you entered the dungeon from the starting room.

But now, if you sit in the starting room for too long, you miss the meeting with brianna. Granted its not a major issue, since you can just leave the dungeon straight away(Or just skip it from the launcher) and go do the same thing at an inn, but it was changed from classic. Was this intentional? or could it be a bug?

Also, if you do sit in that room, doing what I mentioned above, you also gain stealth skill for some reason from simply standing there resting over and over again. Im fairly certain that is not intended behavior. EDIT: This only happens if I toggle stealth on. Apparently the nearest enemy in the first dungeon room is close enough from the starting point to do a stealth check.
