Welcome to the forums, FlinchCat! I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the Demo! I'll second what Interkarma said about Unity - don't sell psych yourself out it, it's just a matter of getting started and doing some tutorials! I always like to point out when people say that, some of the first stuff I came up with for DFTFU required nothing but playing around with the settings in the editor

Do you know if there's anything I can do to help? I don't know anything about unity :(

Everybody doesn't know anything about Unity until they do ;) The only way to change that is to start learning! :D

If you're using Windows, just go download it and start learning. There are tons of official tutorials and lessons and even more unofficial ones, and Interkarma is currently putting together a series of tutorials for DFTFU specifically. And of course if you have any problems or questions there is a support forum here ;)

I'm using Mint 17 (Linux). If you need any help designing new mechanics or writing dialogue, I could help with that.

I am currently installing Unity. Hopefully it works under Linux... or I don't run out of hard drive space.

Cool! I hear it works OK under Wine, but haven't tested this myself. Thankfully, Unity corp are working on a native Linux editor. I'm really exciting this is finally happening.

And if you're following the tutorial in my recent blog post, I'll be uploading the Dungeon Basics tutorial in a few hours.

I got a registration error or something like that. Should have tried to troubleshoot but I ended up deleting the install a few hours ago :/

I might read up on it later, but I've got some Skyrim to play.
