Live Builds updated now to 0.10.20. This is mainly a small bug-fix release, but there are some new features in ambient sounds, a QoL improvement to changing item appearance, and support for upcoming mods.
New Features
Implement creepy cemetery ambient sounds, e.g. crows and howls (Pango)
Allow mods to override allocating starting equipment and spells (Hazelnut)
Allow quests to create specific books and random or specific potions (Hazelnut)
Allow found loot to be modded (Hazelnut)
Allow right-clicking items in inventory to change appearance without clicking "use" button (jefetienne)
Play splash footsteps on partial water tiles, and hard steps on paths and static models (jefetienne)
General Fixes & Improvements
Classic quest fixes Mid-Feb 2020 (JayH)
Don't change spellpoints in get method to fix extra spell points bug on load (JorisVanEijden)
Always use racial immunity unless there is a career weakness (JorisVanEijden)
Use camera near clip plane in 2D dungeon map to "peel" back upper layers as player zooms in (Pango)
Improve random seeding when starting quests and calling PickOneOf action (Pango)
Disable hotkeys when controls with overridesHotkeySequences have focus (Pango)
Remove escorting faces reliably (Pango)
Add scale support for modded 3D objects (Uncanny_Valley)
Fix equipped monsters improperly using hand-to-hand, such as orcs and centaurs (Hazelnut)
Witches summoned daedra only changes once a day (Hazelnut)
I love when more vanilla content is placed in the game (cemetery ambient sounds) or when the game gets expanded with what is already there (splash footsteps/hard steps) or the behaviour of the game gets corrected (monsters improperly using hand-to-hand)
Ofcourse the classic quest fixes are the best as well! Improved 3d map..
And extended modding in many cases, plus a lots of others news
Will the Roadmap page of the Daggerfall Unity website be updated soon? Although this is merely a curiosity indulgence, it would be nice to know since the last update made to it was three months ago.

Time has been spent finding bugs, fixing bugs, adding minor features, or extending what could be modded.
From what I understand some progress has been made to reimplement the classic large HUD, but it has not been released. Interkarma recently said that localization support (and text handling cleanup) would be the focus for March.
So everything is pretty much still valid.
