So here's a few of the maps I ended up exporting:

Biome+Site+Elevation map

Here's one where you can see the sites more clearly. The thin brown and white lines represent roads. The black lines represent undreground tunnels crossing the mountains. The green and orange blobs surrounding sites represent fields and crops. The small grey squares peppering the map represent castles, military forts and monasteries.

Trade relationships map. Smaller sites tend to trade with bigger sites of the same civilization, and bigger sites of different civilizations rtade with each other.

Diplomacy map, completely unreadable just like every diplomacy map ever exported from Dwarf Fortress. I've never been sure what each color represents, but not like it'd make a difference anyway.
Of course, this world only resembles the Iliac Bay geographically, as the creatures and races that populate it are completely different and also I have no control over where civilizations start or what they do over the course of the 200 years of history I told the game to generate, but I still thought the maps would be at least a bit interesting to post here :p
