I dont know about ingame stuff, however I was able to change default cursor in Unity -> Project Settings/Player/Default Cursor.

One important note -> cursor icon has to be setup in Unity as cursor, in texture type menu.

What we need is for Gopher to make a iHud mod for DU so we can hide that crosshair until it is needed.

Download that image in the original post and place in the folder mentioned. There is no real mod, it's just an image

Edit the image. It's just a replacement for the regular crosshair.
