Thanks for the feedback. I'm aware of this issue, sadly real life has gotten a bit in the way lately, but hopefully I will be able to get back to modding Daggerfall soon, and find a solution for this.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm aware of this issue, sadly real life has gotten a bit in the way lately, but hopefully I will be able to get back to modding Daggerfall soon, and find a solution for this.

If you need me to work on anymore Taverns let me know. I'd be able to work on them while you are busy irl.

Greetings!!

I have installed your mod, but was wondering if it may be what's somehow causing a quest NPC to disappear. Perore Buckingsmith tasked me with finding his child in the Kinghart Residence by the Dark Brotherhood. I retrieved said stripling and returned only to find him missing. Asking the npc's in the tavern about him and they say he is there, in the Dead Griffin, but I've searched high and low in this tavern and he is nowhere to be found. I even loitered around to see if he showed up, but nada../shrug.

Any thoughts?

The mod shouldn't interfere with Quests. Have you tried disabling the mod? Does he appear then? If not, then there is a good chance that it is either the quest or the quest system that is to blame. I myself have encountered Quest where a NPC don't spawn where they should, but not lately.

I've started a new game and will see if it occurs again. If so, I will try without your mod, but I think it may have just been a one off...Was a tavern NPC, which made me think it might have been your mod.

That's true as long as the quest marker flats are still in the data and placed in sensible positions, as it's these that the quest system uses to place NPCs etc in places.

I have the same problem. A got a quest from a quest giver in a tavern (a Mr. Mastersly, don't remember first name) and returned. Problem is that ALL people in the tavern have the same name (the bug with the same name mentioned before, I guess), so it's not really possible for me anymore to identify the correct one. I wonder if the game knows who of them it is :D
