What is with smaller Unity Editor updates? For example, it just suggests me to update my 2019.4.10f1 to 2019.4.12f1 -- should I ignore this update and stay with 2019.4.10f1?

Yes, as far as i'm aware, you should always stick with the Unity Editor version that the DFU project version in question is currently using. This is why the Unity Hub program is nice, you can have multiple instances of Unity install versions if you like.

Yeah, when you get a popup for upgrading, just check the box for "don't ask me this again" or whatever.
