As I'm still using 10.24, IDK if this is fixed in the 5.02, but speaking to a random Argonian villager gave me a portrait for a female Redguard in a hood.

Hi Maker,

I've been surprized that climbing city walls is not considered trespassing, one way or another.
Maybe considering it a crime, even minor, was too heavy handed? What about a fine?
I don't know what works best gameplay-wise, it just feels weird that guards don't mind people climbing walls willy-niily...

It's something I've been wanting to do. I think the logical crime would be Trespassing. It's not that I can't do it, I just haven't gotten to it yet.

I can also see climbing the city walls at night not being a crime because closing the city gates is more to try and keep monsters out of the city at night, and not poeple. It's just a shame the undead ememies get in regardless.

I'll be needing that energy. Just fyi, its fixed. It just needs a bit more time before I can release it. I'll see if I can get a basic city stutter fix out tonight.

Version 5.0.2 Update (BandAid Edition!)

Stutters Are GONE. VIO was recoded from the bottom to eliminate the issue.

Version 5.0.3 is still being developed. This is mostly a fix for the stutters
and a preview for things to come.

Guards:
-Guards hate criminals
-New torch graphics for guards (Graphics not Supported by DREAM Enemy mod)

Villagers:
-Have corpses
-Run away text returned and feature recoded

Orsinium:
-Orc Guards patrol the streets (Graphics not Supported by DREAM Enemy mod)

*New* VIO Options:
-Added Population Count Slider Control
-Toggle Dynamic Sprites (Disable this if you still want to use Dream Enemy replacements)
-Toggle for guards attacking enemies
-Toggle for Villagers Running away form enemies
-Toggle for Villager Corpses
-Toggle for decreasing Population by Weather
