Using Issues on GitHub

As Lypyl keeps telling me, we need a bug tracker. This is something I want to look into in some detail for the future, but I think we need something now and the GitHub Issues section is a pretty good place to start.
I have started adding bugs and features to the Issues page on GitHub. I'll keep populating this every time I think of something, or when a new issue crops up.
