Yes, there's an enemy spawn point right in the middle of a crate.
When the crate is replaced with a 3D model, instead of spawning inside, they seem to often spawn on top; But the root issue comes from enemy position in classic game.
So I'd tag this with [GAMEDATA RELATED]
By the way you can attach screenshots to posts directly in the forums:
JPEG image are just as readable as PNG, and way smaller, so I recommend using this format for attached images.
