Linux 0.10.4 All books are ruined and show %ba[nullMCP]

As stated in the topic title I'm running into an issue were none of the books are readable, the author names only show as the %ba[nullMCP] and when I try to read them it says their ruined and also worth 0 gp.

I double checked as I run with mods, but even with all the mods off none of the books were readable. I think it worked in .10.3 but I can't remember for sure as I switched up to .10.4 pretty shortly.


Other info is I used the Bethsoft's free release and patched it up to date. When I searched up the error code I only saw something similar but for a quest when talking to Bethezeraria.

I got this one a few time, but it only seemed to affect maybe three random books I found during different playthroughs on 0.10.4.
