Issues with "The Healing" quest.

Temple quest "The Healing" has a "small" problem, when you get the location of the healer and travel to said town you cannot ask "Where is?" or "Tell me about" questions about the said healer. I am guessing that the healers name should appear in the list.

More problems with this quest, after healing the quest target i cannot complete this quest. Quest giver does not talk to me even though the quest is done.

Edit: Was fixed the same way as the drug dealing thieves guild quest. Had to leave the town and come back before this quest was completed correctly.
