Low framerate drops inside of Taverns

Low framerate drops inside of Taverns

I've had issues when going into to taverns where the framerate drops. I'm not running the best pc but it hasn't had any other issues in other interior locations or the overworld. Is this a known issue?

Those new taverns by UV/Kamer can murder the framerates if combined with other stuff like enhanced lights etc etc
I drop to 45fps on heavily OCed GTX970 and many mods and Reshade sharpening etc

Still worth it to me and the 970 is getting really old so...

I think this might be the case...

Anyway, I remember my game slowing down a lot in taverns in original Daggerfall as well, so its almost a feature ;)
