Mod Builder "Save Mod Settings to file" not working

I just discovered that my released v1.3.4 of Climates&Cloaks still lists itself as v1.3.2 in the mod list.

When I open the editor, open the Mod Builder, and load up my mod in it, it shows 1.3.4, but the file I just opened is 1.3.2.
I tried clicking "Save Mod Settings to file". I tried editing the version number and clicking "Save Mod Settings to file". Nothing.

Then I chose to open mod file, and clicked cancel. This blanked the Mod Builder. I then opened my mod, edited the version and saved and it worked.

It seems like the mod settings were somehow cached and did not really connect with my mod files? Building the mod still worked as it should. The new build is using the new code so I know it was referring to the correct files.
