Customizing a published mod for personal use

Can it be done if the mod does not include a json file?
I can see the dfmod in Unity Editor but cannot view anything else about it.
If it is not possible to modify someone else's mod, then how can I see what has been done so I can create my own personal use mod then?

A lot of mod creators have a github with their mod code. Other than that, try the "extract files" button in the DFU mod list. This will only work if the mod is not precompiled though.

Thanks and funny you should reply - it’s your mod, Lousy Lucan’s!
I’d like to use a WereCrocodile for my Argonian.
Modifying the Wereboar - new paperdoll , swimming not climbing, water breathing, maybe new sounds, etc.
Any chance of getting access to your mod for my personal use please?
I might even create a WereCroc mod if it works out well.

His Github is here: https://github.com/Ralzar81?tab=repositories

@Ralzar, maybe you should add your Github link to your footer.

You should join the discord. Most of us modders are active there for advice and brainstorming. Also, there's a channel there where our githubs are posted.
