I'm pretty sure the solution to my problem is really simple, but I'm not savvy enough to solve it.
Anyway, I'm playing on Linux and I have "Basic Roads" mod enabled and working, but if I put dirty tracks textures in the Textures folder, those appear as blank textures. Same with textures from "Masked Roads". Other textures in the folder seem to work fine.
Many thanks to whoever will help me find what the problem is.

World of Daggerfall is not compatible with loose texture files yet unfortunately.

Obviously, while searching for incompatibilities, I enabled/disabled almost every mod BUT World of Daggerfall.

Yeah I am stuck with the same problem, so I am hoping this gets resolved soon. Allthough one solution would probably be to just make a dfmod file of the loose files as that apparently works.

Man, I really have to invest some time learning how to mod DFU, there’s too many things I want to add to the game to wait for others to do it :\
