Mod Request: nerf spell absorb chance

Is there any mod which nerfs spell absorb chance with the character creation advantage or with a magical item "of magicka"?
Spell absorption is one of my favorite things in the game, but I don't like how it makes you actually immune to spells as long as you have enough empty space in your magicka pool, since it makes fights less interesting. If spell absorb had only a chance of working, instead of always working, it would still be fun to use, but the game would be more interesting because you would sometimes be affected by enemy spells, and not only when you accidentally leave your magicka pool full.
