0.15.3 - Duplicate soul release when item with multiple enchantments breaks

I just want to report an irregularity regarding self made magical items with bound souls. When a self made item breaks, than the number of released souls is equal the number of enchantments applied to the broken item.
In other words, two enchantments will result in two released enemies, three enchantment in three released enemies and so on.
I should be just a single enemy, the one that was bound to the item, which gets released.
This can be easily verified, just create a cheap enchanted item e.g. a shirt with a bound soul, use the item a few times until it breaks and you can see for yourself.
