Having played the original "thief the dark project" the concept of enchanted arrows is awesome. Not the bow but the arrows themselves.

I created an Arcane Archer class which focuses on archery, critical hits, leather armor and buckler only, and short sword, no blunt, with a mix of 2 magic skills. This goes a long way to making an awesome archer but does little for the "enchanted-arrow" effects.

I understand that the bows, not the arrows, are enchanted/able in Daggerfall. Is there a way to make an arsenal of enchanted arrows? That way you don't need to carry a variety of bows and increase your encumbrance. The idea is to limit the magic to the skills needed to craft enchanted arrows and reassign the rest to buffing the class to your preference.

Here's My Arcane Archer Custom class
str-50, int-60, wil-50, agl-60, end-45, per-40, spd-50, luc-45.
Max hp per level = 8
reputations merchants +1, peasants +1, Underworld -2
Primary Skills = archery, critical hit, destruction
Major Skills = dodge, short blade, alteration
Minor Skills =long blade, blunt*, run, climb, jump, swim (* = alternative mix)
Special Advantages = Increased magery, +2 intelligence in spell points, expertise in missile
Special Disadvantages = no armor except leather, no shield except buckler
Species = omit Breton, Nords or Redguards
