At some point in my game, I received the Mummy's Finger quest. I believe I failed it because I don't see it in my quest log anymore and I recently decided to drop the mummy's finger because I felt that having it would always summon a mummy to hunt me. Although it has given me some hilarious moments with where the mummy spawns, but now I'm wondering why am I still hunted even though I don't have the finger anymore in my inventory.
And I long forgot where I was to go to destroy the true body too.
Mummy is always after me over the finger quest (Bugged?)

Nevermind this post, I've resolved it using the command to tombstone all non-story quests and remove them. As amusing as it was to sometimes see a mummy pop up next to you in a tavern or wait for you by the fence of a resident's home as if to say "how you doin'?" and all. It gets annoying when you want to progress.
