I need help for others have had issues with my mod but I have no idea how to help them

Hello, I have made a mod that replaces the textures of another mod some users have reported that the textures simply doesn't appear in their game at all. And they claim that my files are in the correct folders of which I've written in my description clearly where they should be placed. I don't know why it isn't working for them. If I download the files myself and place them EXACTLY as I described in the description, it works just fine for me.

Would be very thankful if anyone could help. This is the mod page, I'm sorry if this is seen as some ad for my mod, but that isn't my intent at all
